Our Warranty Promise

Your Villara heating and air conditioning system is warranted to be free from defects for at least one year from the date of original occupancy or close of escrow, whichever occurs first. This warranty is provided through a partnership between your builder and Villara. Check with your builder for details.

Warranty Service Requests

Villara takes requests for warranty repair and maintenance Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.. To request warranty service please call or complete the form at the bottom of this page.

After Hour Warranty Emergencies

After office hours our answering service will take your message, but will be unable to schedule an appointment. If you are calling with a warranty service emergency, (no heating/cooling with small children or elderly persons in the home where extreme temperatures exist, water intrusion, or no operational toilets in the home), please inform our answering service operator and they will notify our On-Call Technician who will contact you shortly. For all other non-emergency calls, your message will be returned as quickly as possible the next business day.
