  • Description: We have a growing & exciting career opportunity for a Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Rep who is passionate about our Customers and making a difference for our clients. The qualified candidate will be hands-on in customer service duties and provide solutions to customer concerns in a timely & professional manner. Responsibilities for this opportunity will include courteous & professional handling of Inbound call volume, relating to HVAC and Plumbing paid service, warranty, and alarm quotes. Additionally, the qualified candidate must the minimum requirements listed below:
    • Bilingual (Spanish) required
    • 2+ years of recent Customer Service experience
    • 2+ years of recent high-volume Call Center experience
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • Great positive attitude and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Ability to work with people in stressful situations
    • Be a great multi-tasker on a consistent & daily basis
