You will perform field installations, hang duct work (standard, flex, spiral, etc.), and installations of heating and air conditioning vents, and registers in new residential/ multi-family homes and commercial buildings (there is also a division of installers that remove old heating and air conditioning units and equipment out of existing homes and apartments and replace them with new duct work furnaces and air conditioners).

Warehouse
Build architectural sheet metal products in manufacturing reaching identified productivity, reliability, quality and safety targets in a team environment. Expected to be results oriented and accountable for all aspects of meeting our customer expectations. The primary focus of the warehouse is to provide a high level of customer service to our field operations while meeting defined quality and on time performance standards.

Plumbing
You will be trained on the proper installation of water, waste and gas line systems for residential and multi-family homes. Other duties include strapping pipes, nail plating, running condensation lines, gluing pipe and running pex lines.

Solar
Working off of plans and schematics, you will layout, assemble and mount solar modules, racking, and electrical equipment. Other duties include AC and DC electrical wiring of systems, system start-up, site clean-up, job documentation (photos) and mandatory training sessions on new products, methodology and safety.

Office
With over 20 departments within the company, We are seeking more team members to join our team! You will be responsible on providing support to the Department Manager with reporting and other clerical tasks as needed. We seek highly motivated individuals with a strong attention to detail. Duties include general clerical, presentation and project based work. You will work with other departments, supervisors and management.
