  • Description: We are seeking a Administrative Assistant Level I-II to join our team! You will be responsible to provide administrative support to the Business Operations Department with reporting and other clerical tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with a strong attention to detail. Duties include general clerical, presentation and project based work. This person will project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. He/she will work with other departments, supervisors and management. Responsibilities include:   
    • Managing day-to-day tracking of field operations.
    • Coordinating project documentation from internal and external parties-- entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information in written or electronic/magnetic form.
    • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, scanning, faxing, mailing, and filing.
    • Coordinate with various staff for operational support activities of the unit; serve as a liaison between departments and operating units in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational problems.
    • Provides office operations support (e.g., reporting, prepare presentations, correspondence, scheduling meetings).
    • Communicating with people
    • Creating and maintaining project related binders and file folders.
    Qualifications:
    • At least 3 years of previous Administrative support experience
    • High level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Familiarity with construction administration
    • Highly organized and detail oriented
    • Ability to manage time and resources effectively
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Proven efficiency operating in a fast-paced work environment.
    • Eager to accept new challenges
    • Skill in developing and maintaining effective working relationships
    • Skill in typing/word processing
    • Ability to meet deadlines under time pressure and keep people and projects on schedule
    • Can work well in teams, as well as take the initiative (self-motivated) and work individually
