The Plumbing Service Tech will repair and troubleshoot, repair and install all aspects of plumbing for residential homes. Flexibility with schedule is essential for this position. Attention to detail is a must.
Technical Responsibilities of the Job
- Maintain, diagnose and correct problems throughout the entire Plumbing system.
- Provide excellent customer service
- Present customer with solutions
- Tankless Water Heater repair and installation
- Tank Water Heater repair and installation
- Water Treatment knowledge (filtration and softening)
- Yard line repairs both water and sewer
- Knowledge of backflow prevention and installation
- PRV’s
- Slab leak location and reroute
- Above mentioned are required but not limited to
- Reliable Transportation
- Problem solving and quick conflict resolution skills.
- Self-motivated, organized with a can-do attitude
- Demonstrate initiative to complete assignments and obtain results

- At least 5 years of Plumbing service experience
- Will have his/her own trade tools
- Valid CA Driver’s License and Insurable DMV Record
- Must have great analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Mechanical knowledge, technical procedures, government regulations and codes
- Problem solving and quick conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and charts and designs
- Prior construction experience is a A +
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs. and work at a fast pace
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
