  • Description:                                                                                                                         Build and maintain a profitable network of repeat customers. Maximize gross profit in dollars and maximize customer satisfaction.                                                                 Technical Responsibilities of the Job
    • Generate customer leads (battery installers) by cold calling, emailing, and travelling
    • Deliver sales presentations online, over the phone, and in person
    • Follow up on qualified opportunities by phone and email
    • Negotiate and close deals
    • Educate and equip customers to sell our products to their customers
    • Proactively maintain healthy relationships with customers
    • Provide feedback to product teams

    Qualifications:
    • Highly skilled in sales
    • Highly skilled in building rapport with team members, leads, and customers
    • Highly skilled in verbal communication (English) on the phone and on video calls
    • Highly skilled in written communication (English) for emails and other mediums
    • Highly skilled in conveying complex information in ways that seem simple, clear, concise, professional, and friendly
    • Knowledgeable about household solar
    • Proficient in Salesforce
    • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    Education Bachelor’s Degree in related field or comparable experience required. 3 or more years of Sales experience required.
