  • Description: HR Administrative Assistant is responsible to provide administrative support to the Recruiting and HR department and other clerical tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with a strong attention to detail. This person will project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.                                                                                                                                     Qualifications:
    • At least 3 years of previous administrative support experience
    • Ability to get along with diverse personalities
    • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Familiarity with construction administration is a plus.
    • Highly organized and detail oriented
    • Ability to manage time and resources effectively
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Proven efficiency operating in a fast-paced work environment.
    • Eager to accept new challenges
    • Motivated and forward thinking
    • Skill in developing and maintaining effective working relationships
    • Skill in typing/word processing and use of personal computer/software
    • Ability to meet deadlines under time pressure and keep people and projects on schedule
    • Can work well in teams, as well as take the initiative (self-motivated) to work individually
