Position Summary:
The Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosis of HVAC Systems for residential and multi-family dwellings. Basic computer skills will be require for data entry. The majority of calls will be after hours so flexibility with schedule is essential for this position. Attention to detail is a must.
Technical Responsibilities of the Job:
- Maintain, diagnose and correct problems throughout the entire HVAC system.
- Perform all of the low voltage wiring for the indoor and outdoor unit
- Test electrical circuits and components for continuity, using electrical test equipment
- Start up the furnace for the first time to burn all of the manufactures oil off
- Add the proper charge to the A/C once started up
- Test pipe or tubing joints and connections for leaks, using pressure gauge or soap-and –water solution
- Adjust system controls to setting recommended by manufacturer to balance system, using hand tools
- Recommend, develop and perform general maintenance procedures such as cleaning, power-washing and vacuuming equipment, oiling parts and changing filters.
- Comply with all applicable standards, policies and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work area
- Adjust system controls to settings recommended by manufacturer.

- Lay out and connect electrical wiring between controls and equipment according to wiring diagram, using electrician’s hand tools
- Install auxiliary components to heating-cooling equipment, such as expansion and discharge valves and dampers while following blueprints
- Generate work orders that address deficiencies in need of correction
- Join pipes or tubing to equipment and to fuel, water or refrigerant source, to form complete circuit
- Fabricate, assemble and install duct work and chassis parts, using portable metal-working tools and welding equipment

- EPA Refrigerant Certification (Universal or Type II)
- 1 year of previous sales experience.
- Valid CA Driver’s License and Insurable DMV Record
- Must have great analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Mechanical knowledge, technical procedures, and government regulations and codes
- Problem solving and quick conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and charts and designs
- Prior construction experience is a A +
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs. and work at a fast pace

Overview
The Sales Representative, or salesperson, is responsible for using their knowledge of company products or services to connect with consumers and generate sales for the company. Duties include developing sales pitches to sell products or services, making cold calls to sales leads or taking calls from prospective customers and maintaining documentation of invoices and client contract
Technical Responsibilities
– Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion

· Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
· Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships

Qualifications
-At least 3 years of previous Sales experience
· Minimum typing speed 50 Net WPM

Position Overview
The Plumbing Installer/Tradesman will be motivated and responsible for routing various types of pipes and water lines to the sewer systems of new residential and multi-family homes. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for strapping pipes, nail plating, running condensation lines, gluing pipe and running pex lines.
Technical Responsibilities of the Job
· Cast Iron Waste Lines ( using bands and snap cutters)
· ABS Drain Lines (using pipe cutters and glue)
· Copper water lines (measure, cut, clean, flux and solder)
· CPVC water lines (measure, ream, glue)
· Black iron gas line (layout, measure, run gas machine, install)
· PEX water lines (cut pipe, use fitting expander)
· Must own your own basic plumbing tools and battery operated tools (we supply power tools)
· Able to transport issued tools from job site to job site including ladder
· Experience in Residential plumbing installation
· Operate threading machine
· Operate a drill and Sawzall
· Lift and carry over 80lbs at a time
· Knowledge of local codes for installation is a plus
· Other duties as assigned by Supervisor and Management.
Training/Certification
· 3+ years of plumbing experience
· PEX Certification preferred
Education
· High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Pay: $22.00 – $31.00 per hour
Position Overview
The A/P Supervisor is responsible for the overall quality output of the A/P department, including timely and accurate payment processing, reconciliations and reporting, building vendor relationships, working collaboratively with other departments and contributing to a positive work environment.
Technical Responsibilities of the Job
- 10+ years of progressively responsible A/P experience in a high volume, fast paced environment, including a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Construction, manufacturing, and distribution experience are each strong pluses.
- Intermediate level understanding of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience working with a major ERP system, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
- Experience with company audits and ensuring compliance with Company policy and procedures.
Behavioral Responsibilities of the Job

- Manages numerous department tasks which have varying priorities.

- Oversees all of the work of the Accounts Payable team with minimal supervision.

- Coordinate standard work development, improvement and sustainment.
- Develop relationships with company managers and supervisors, other office staff, Controller, and Chief Financial Officer that create and support an atmosphere of mutual respect and trust.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the company’s A/P processes, increasing accuracy and quality while reducing cost.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Some college is a plus.
Working conditions and management style:

- This position works with all departments, especially HVAC Purchasing, Plumbing Purchasing and Receiving.
- Overtime may be required during peak times.

Position Overview
Responsible for all activities related to estimating, sales and project management support.
The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
- Promote a positive reinforcement and support of Villara’s policies and directives to all personnel.
- Provide consistent levels of job bidding activity as directed by the Estimating Supervisor.
- Provide direct support to the Field and in office team for all estimating activities and needs.
- Promote a positive reinforcement and support of Company and Division policies and directives to all personnel.
- Adhere to and ensure proper implementation of the Division standard processes and practices.
- Manage and maintain company resources in a positive and efficient manner.
- Participate in required meetings with Field supervisor to facilitate proper transfer of project responsibility and understanding.
- Provide all required documentation to facilitate turning the project over to the Field Supervisor.
- Ensure accurate job take-offs and estimates.
- Ensure timely follow-up with all bids and contractors.
- Ensure timely production of all project correspondence such as estimates, proposals, follow-up information, etc.
- Communicate, in a timely manner, all required information for the project set up.
- Recognize potentials for value engineering and other strategies that may improve opportunity for advantages over the competition.
- Keep all bidding strategies confidential.

- Analyze plans, specifications and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
- Accurately process information and enter data using estimating program.
- Strong writing skills and ability to communicate effectively.
