With the Villara Apprenticeship Program, you can train to achieve a journeyman level in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) or Plumbing and earn while you learn.
* Employees interested in signing up for Villara Apprenticeship Training must meet the following requirements:
– At least 18 years old– Valid Drivers License– High School Diploma or G.E.D.– Pass the entrance test– Supervisor’s Recommendation– Employed at Villara for at least 10 months by the 1st of October from their anniversary date

Each employee is eligible to work with a Career Coach at Villara to identify a career path, develop skill sets, and advance toward professional goals.
Villara’s Career Coaching and Development team assists new employees as they navigate the on-boarding process, adapt to their new role, and interact with supervisors. After 90 days of employment, the Coaching Program will help you to define longer-term career goals and a plan to achieve them.
Current team members work with Villara’s Career Coaches to develop skills, access resources, enroll in professional trainings and/or the Apprenticeship Program, and to receive dedicated support in achieving career goals and lifelong dreams.

The Advance Learning Program (ALP) welcomes and encourages entry level employees with little to no xperience to take part in our course. Employees will receive 3-4 weeks paid, hands on, in-field coaching to help launch their career.
New employees are paired with a seasoned technician who works with them to ensure they are proficient and ready to complete their tasks on their own.
